We are a family business where family members have always been totally involved, and committed to handing on the baton of responsibility and success from generation to generation.

A family of butchers that new stretches five generations and continues to change and evolve and earn respect of the meat trade throughout the country.

At the present location the story continued in 1955 when Eddie Eynon began his 35 years as part of this continuing story with Evelyn his wife by his side.

This is now Huw’s 41st year, and his contribution to the story continues unabated with Rhiannon his wife by his side.

Huw and Rhiannon have welcomed Thomas, the fifth generation into the story and the family involvement remains secure.

The country’s meat trade media voted Eynon’s best in Wales three times, and recently voted the U.K’s Best Butcher and Food Hall at a lavish ceremony at London’ Claridges Hotel, Mayfair.
