Eynon's of St. Clears Ltd. is one of the oldest and largest independent family-owned and run butchers in Wales spanning five generations.

We operate from our modern production unit located in St. Clears, Carmarthenshire, Wales and we have the most up to date packaging, processing machinery and transportation in our industry. This ensures from the moment you place your order it is prepared, labelled, packaged and delivered by our team that cares about our customers, whether it is via our own delivery vehicles or via our courier partners APC.

We specialise in the ageing of Welsh Beef in our Himalayan Salt Chamber, and following an upsurge in demand from our current and new customers, we have invested in an even larger Salt Chamber withholds several hundred salt bricks weighing over 7 ton! These have been shipped in from the Punjab region of the Himalayas.

HACCP & Risk Assessment

All areas of our business are subject to full HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical control points). Detailed checks and inspections, documents, and records are maintained to ensure complete quality assurance and were monitored and regulated by Carmarthenshire County Council.

Distribution

We have delivery options via our own refrigerated vehicle operating in the local area, via Next day Courier, or via Next Day Pallet Deliveries. We have worked with our local APC courier hub and National Haulier Langdons for many years, and that's why we can put our trust in them to deliver products to our customers in other parts of the UK. Distance is not an issue.
